Google’s social network, Google+ is finally live

A few key advantages over the current iteration of Facebook:

  • Huddle - Group text chat
  • Hangouts - Group video chat
  • Sparks - Tips on what to share (kind of like Google Alerts made social)
  • Circles - Better sharing controls than Facebook Groups

It will be interesting to see how Google venture into social networking fairs this time around.

via 9-bits: I wish I could sketch/wireframe this well. Though I will say, I’ve been using Balsamiq Mockups for about a week and have found it far more useful than I imagined. Hope they do an integrated iPad version soon.
